Dakar Starting Problem. (FIXED, Fuel pump Faulty)

Hi Everyone. I wish you all an Prosperous new Year.
My 2004 Dakkie will not start.
The last time that it start, it was running for about 5 seconds and then died.
It looks like the fuel pump is not pumping as there are no Fuel pressure.
Should I be able to hear it pumping as I switch the ignition on while gearbox in Neutral, Side stand down and kill switch in start position?
What should I check?
