dakar swing arm bearings and shock linkage bearings

i need to remove the shock so i figured i might as well replace all the swing arm bearings and bushes and seals as well as replace all the bearings on the linkages that attaches the shock to the swing arm

so the bushes and seals i'll get from bmw

the bearings i take it is std size bearings that i can buy from bearing man ??? or not ???

anyone have a list with all the sized and quantities that i'll need ???

also the manual says to replace the bolts - should i get the replacement bolts from bmw or can i buy stronger bolts for less from a bolt/fastner place ???

and should i replace all bolts or only the shock bolts ???
