Does anyone hade a sticker cover over Screen?

The other day while watching the Tour de France I noticed one bike that had a yellow sticker over its windscreen/ possibly a yellow screen.

The screen on my bike is a bit scrathed and although I am currently trying to polish it out, it started me thinking os possible putting a translucent orange "sticker" over the screen. I believe it will "cover" the scrathes or make it less obvious and will at the same time make the bike more visible.

The question is if one will find this distracting whilst riding- I mean you hard ever look through the screen right?

Anyone with experience in this regard of thoughts? ???
