Someone messes with your bike while it is parked and you are not there.

Happened to me this afternoon - parked and nipped up to deliver some reports and when I got back the kill switch was in off position, hazard lights on etc. If whomever did that they could also have done a few other things that make me shudder thinking about. Why can people not just leave alone what is not theirs?

What would the person have done if the bike fell over? just walked away and left me with the damage?
