Due to the biking and flying, my hearing is already starting to suffer.
I never used to enjoy riding with earplugs, because those foam ones blocked ALL noise, and the other type I tried (orange plasticy things, think they go by the name "NoNoise") didn't work well with the helmet, causing intense pain.
I've started using BioEars silicone plugs, but they aren't that great.
I have considered having ear plugs custom-made, but that is something I need to save up for.
So, what do you use?
