I have to admit to you guys, I was sooooo flippin thrilled that I had managed to ride the road through the nursery without putting a foot down... that was some of the gnarliest mud I have ever ridden... the fact that no-one bailed through there was just incredible!

I really had a blast and am sooooo glad we joined!  ;D

S-4-B .........  MY LAUGH IS LOUDER THAN MY  BITE  DUDE  ... NO WAY INTO  THE MOERING  GAME  ... SO FEEL FREE TO LAFF IN ME FACE AS MUCH AS YOU WANT  .......  I DIG IT  DUDE  :thumleft:

Wanna know what we had to say about you behind your back when you sailed up there and we had to paddle some  :peepwall:

The last two pics you took, before the bee attempted to assinate you...the ones with the last riders standing...the one with you , and then the one with Mark. Please mail me the full res versions .

Can't mail off this... full res just don't go!  There are a lot of pics, maybe I'll just copy onto disk and give to you!

And what was the skinner behind my back... or maybe I don't want to know!  ;D

Best practice I could get for that HP Kalahari bash in two weeks.

Will let you know if the Kalahari sand was easier.

Thanks everyone that organised and guided.

Cheers

Never say never.
Especially, I have never fallen in mud.

Then me thinks watch her moer off around the next corner.

Or was I saying that.

In any case, what do we see around the next corner.

Thinking again: dit sal jou fokken leer.

Jealousy makes you nasty.

PS: she landed on her feet, technically not a fall

Bwahahahhahaaaaaaaa

Ja, I'll never get amped again for successfully getting through a patch of really crap stuff... your guys bad vibes dun it I'm sure!  ;D  caused my little laydown!

It's ok, BTW, when you doing DP2?  (evil grin)

Y'know these doctors charge plenty money to fix things that even a mining engineer knows how to repair.

Hi there Guys.

It looks like you all had a very eventful day`s outing!

Dont beat yourselves up over the fact that some people fell. it is after all Adventure riding.  No one died. Maybe a bruised ego or two but otherwise every one is alive. A goood ending to any trip that you have taken on!

All the wounds will heal and eventually one day soon you will all look back at this day and have a great laugh! Why becuase you went on an adventure that took you above your comfort level and you all triumpfed!

In my book this all adds to your skill sets on the bike and makes you better riders!

Again Awesome Ride and may all wounds heal!

Ken

Got friends riding up there at the moment, they recon it's wet enough for the sand to be very rideable!

Now that I saw the pictures, I recognize the areas you rode. I grew up there in that area (near Dikhololo), and used to ride many of those roads daily. I used to ride on of these, with an offroad conversion - no mudguards and knobbly tires.

Anyway, next time a group goes on such a trip, contact me. I can offer some advice on canal roads, and railway service roads. I also know many farmers in the area, should you run into troubles.

so, nobody keen on a ride tomorrow morning, :pot:

canals here i come. if anyone wants to go with, then do so!
