Now .. this might sound abit strange but ive got a realy uncomfy feeling in my lower back.
It could be my erector spinae muscles

Its a stiff feeling that midly uncomfy.
But is this maybe my kidneys complaining about riding? Ive had it since saturday, rode abit yesterday and its annoying me as we speak.
Might just be stiffness from standing up and clamping the bike down with my legs.
anybody else experience this feeling after riding?
Should I invest in a kidney belt for adveture riding?
