Emergencies on rides

Was thinking this morning on my way to work ,when we do rides together ,alot of the time you don`t really know the people you are riding with ,you might just know this is rylatdiekakspat from the wilddog forum ,so let`s just say that someone has a big fall ,now rylatdiekakspat is unconscious and needs to go to a hospital ,but you (rest of the group) doesn`t know if he`s got medical aid ,is he allergic to something ,who`s he`s next of kin etc. How would you handle something this ? Would it not be advisable to have a ICE contact number sheet of sorts for the site also ? Or am i now just chasing up ghosts ?
