Its been a while, I've been bikeless going on 3 years now after the missus was not too keen on it. Well turns out missus was less keen on living in SA and returned back to her homeland of Sweden.
Obviously that means its time for a bike again! :ricky: I'm busy finalising a deal for a 2010 Ktm 990 adv with 25k km which is in showroom condition. The deal has to be facilitated through a dealership on Absa's request and the dealer - Mike Hopkins Motorcycles - Is offering me a 2-year engine warranty @ R6k. I have had very good experiences with MHM in the past but, have never taken out an engine warranty before and also the policy does not sit with them.
Hellopeter is filled with complaints on various engine warranties not being honoured on claim by almost all insurers. So have any wilddogs had experiences on this they don't mind to share?
