EVO2 Rally Raid Tanks for 690

With the Rand being quite favorable to the GBP at the moment I was thinking of pulling the trigger on a set of EVO2 rally raid tanks with the shroud and graphics kits.

Is this setup worth the +-R20K it will cost to get it into my hands?
