On the frame there is a little extension that a support for the exhaust bolts on to.
This has cracked on my 1190R, but I'm nervous to weld there as the swing arm bolts go through there and I'm also worried about the welding causing the frame to weaken and cause additional problems later.
1. How important is this support? (I'm assuming very as I broke it and I ride like a coward)
2. What repair options would you recommend? Is stripping and welding all I can do?
3. Who in PE would you recommend?
