exhaust gutting

yeaaaaaaah just some input needed

i want to get rid of the back section of my exhausts on the triumph rocket ..... this houses the CAT and the silencer
now i just want a straight thru
what is the general consensus here as to valve burning or any other engine damage ?

i spoke to one machie ( triumph ) and he tchoons go for it , the engine management will sort itself out for fueling etc

any inputs or wise knowledge ??
