Exhaust Manifold Cleaning

Good Morning Everyone!!

Lately my Exhaust Manifold has got more and more dirty up to a point where I can't get it clean anymore.
It's mostly mud and I think due to the heat of the pipes it makes it more difficult to get it off.
Has anyone got an idea how to get it off and/or get the pipes looking like they use to?
