For some time now I have a clankity clank noise in the left canister(tin noise) ,only really irritating when the bike is idling . I'm told either a bafel or part of cat converter coming loose .Can I have this fixed or shall I just take the oppurtunity and put on a new exhaust ?
The bike also surges from time to time ,the rev counter seems to move ever so slightly when idling ,I otherwise never really notice untill I'm in a bit of slow moving traffic when I feel the bike surge ,sometimes more than others . I'm also told that in all likelyhood the exhaust and the surge problems are related .Is this true ? ??? :-\
