Recently acquired 2006 twinspark Dakar. 40000km. Been riding it for a few weeks without any issues. Only work I've done on it is steering head bearings. Yesterday while out on a ride the engine died. Came to a stop and hit the starter switch and it fired up immediately but then cut out again a few kms later and would not restart. There is fuel but no spark. Where do I start to troubleshoot this? I've swopped out the Motronic relay and the load reduction relay with known working ones. I also have power reaching the Motronic relay and earth on pin 2. Also checked for any loose connections and damage to the wiring harness. What next GS gurus?
