I got my F800 GS last week and my first longish trip +/- 1200km has been successfully completed during the long-weekend.
There are two things that I find a bit of a problem: From about 120kph there is a very irritating vibration in my righthand grip (not in the left side grip). The vibration actually makes my fingers and hand go numb!? Any clues / sugestions please!!
The second is that the temperature of the 800's heated grips are markedly lower than that of my F650GS. The 800 has got exactly the same handprotectors on as the 650. On the second setting the 650's grips will actually burn your hands if you do not wear gloves!
The 800 now has 2600km on the clock. Thanks for your assistance!!
