Cool trip Patman and I tell you what even though you can get any beer on tap in the UK there is nothing like downing a court of Black Label :D

Now that was nice boys! I am looking forard to when my son is a bit older so I can take him with on such adventures. I bet the leitjies will be talking and dreaming of this trip for many days... and one day will tell their own leitjies how cool their dads were. Nice one.

GR8 report, looks like the kids enjoyed it as well.....

Just one thing I noticed on the pics. (and I don't want to be the nag) but you need to get gear for you and your son. Accidents happen at the most opportune moments, not good to fall without the correct gear. Just ask guys other guys on the forum...

My 2 cents

Ouch! That looks eina...

Very nice report and pics....thanks

Patman can't wait for 8April... My son makes me crazy and i'm thinking of taking the xr 500 for him,

Waiting for LEO's "what to pack list".... He is very good at that

See you soon Patman

We didnt wear our riding gear at Kosi or Sodwana because of the heat, but you right about accidents and riding gear. I had a good slip n slide at the GS challenge, with not a single scratch but with the right riding gear,so i cant agree more.

Yes "Fun" he normally rides with his kit, don't know why he was so irresponsible when he was lifting his kid

Well he got a good roasty for is mistake..........

Thanx for the proof! Seems to me with the right riding gear, you also need the right camera!

Leo, one good thing about you.....never waste a nice photo..
You first take the photo and then you help...

What a sweet memory looking at that photo again, to fall is never funny and in most cases not a laughing matter, but Patman looking at you after that slide in the water with all the water dripping from your helmet and face, i was worried you gonna drown...ha ha ha .

Thanks patman for the moment. (nothing was damaged and nobody got hurt)

Great report that Patman, thanks man. I did Kosi Bay and Lake Sibaya and all that on my XR600 once, without zero minus 300 of a clue, and it was tough and horrible at times in the sand. But I must say what a wonderful place to visit. Got lucky, and managed to have a parks board member say I can crash in their spot. Bellissimo!
