As promised our pics of Friday's trip in search of Bankfontein as a possible venue as well as a dry run of the new Vitara.
In no particular order as WA scrambled the order they were taken in.
Also when we got to @Dorsland we had such a lekker kuier that we forgot to take pics! Next time.
And the car now hasa name... meet Suzi. Behaved well on the dirt, way above my expectation, "she will cut" as they say in Forged in Fire. Kruger next then WARR.

Reviving this as we are having great fun with Zuki.
Car keeps on amazing me on capabilities.
Yesterday we basically toured Long Tom pass... Could navigate to a lot of the more obscure lookout points with no worries.

Well, I missed this thread first time around, so glad I got it this time - looks like a lekker day was had - awesome pics!

I am somewhat tempted to trade our 2.4 Grand Vitara on this new one.....

That is still young, milage wise.
The only model with similar capability is the hybrid top of the range... It was a bit out of our budget though.
Yeah - the missus would like a new car too....
I am tempted to also keep the 2.4 - needs some work tho, clutch, bushes, shocks - normal stuff

Good to see yours is being used off-road!!!

Yes... With more specs for less and the better service plan. Ours was on special deal for 6 years, normally 5 compared to Toyota. I think it was only 4.

On our way to a funeral tomorrow.
Met this fine fellow on the farm we are staying over in Currys Post.
Nou gedoop... Strodder...🤔

MD says his coat looks like stront en modder... But then she cannot see that far yet. To her it was blurrybull.😁
