First trip in the "planning"

my wife and I wants to do our first trip together this coming Easter weekend. she will be on her klr 650 and I on the 1200gs. we want to travel on the gravel roads as much as possible and can fit a 2 night sleep over outing (hotel or B&B). next trip we will tackle the camping thing...
Possible route:
day 1: Onrus - Veldrif - Lambertsbaai - Strandfontein - Calvinia
day 2: Calvinia - Wuppertal - Ceres or
day 2: Calvinia - Middelpos - Sutherland
day 3: return to Onrus
any other ideas on a lekker route in these parts of the world. for 2 novice riders, will this route be achievable for each day?
