Fitting tyres not bought from a fitment centre

I purchased new tyres for my bike but could not purchase a set from a dealer that supplied that make of tyre with a fitting machine.

When shopping around the vast price difference between suppliers but most important the difference in price of fitting these tyres.  If they are x make you pay xpus to fit. If they are x make you pay xxplus

Could someone point me in the right direction in Cape Town where i can have tyres fitted without been charged a penalty because  it is an x make of tyres.
