Flat front tyre

Rode some serious off road this weekend in the Transkei. Had a hard front wheel hit and now front tyre will not stay inflated. There is no rim damage that I can see, when inflated and checked with soap there appears to be no leaks , but after a hour or so the tyre is flat???

Tyre is a Heide scout, any ideas on what could be the cause of pressure loss.
