Been a really long time since seeing a bike with fuel tap, carburettor and choke. Please advise on starting process on these bikes and also what should I do to "fix" a flooded engine. The bike was unattended in a parking lot and some kids somehow played on it, turning the throttle and fuel tap, strong petrol smell and battery dead
