Dogs, please enlighten me with your knowledge….
I have a Chinese bike, Regal raptor 350cc.
Parallel twin, twin carbs.
Affectionately known as The Craptor. It’s nothing serious, I’m just messing around with it…
Before I got it the carbs were rebuilt, but would never run properly with the standard air filter. I fitted a cheap Startline cone filter and it improved vastly. However it still has this issue where when stopped at an intersection, traffic light or wherever, and it just idles for a bit, when I want to pull off it dies.
I can hit the starter, it starts right up and all is well, off I go.
In order to get it to not stall out, I have to keep some revs on it, which is not ideal.
I don’t want to be that knob revving his bike for no reason whilst going no where.
Any ideas what I can look at?
I am wanting to fiddle on it myself, not take it in to a mechie
