GARDEN ROUTE 1 NIGHT

As I have posted in another thread I am going down to Mossel bay in 3 weeks time ! We have accommodation for the time I am there but think I need to do something super special as a thank you to my partner for a great year . I am thinking of going somewhere for a 1 night , nice place , good, great food close by . and up to 200 ks from Danabay base .
can be North , east or west . De Rust is an option , maybe Plett another , I just dont know where to go and the local boys might just have the answers . Will require a nice chalet, B&B or Hotel for the night . will admit if there is any available . away from the coast could be the best option .
please suggest so I can do my home work .
Ps not keen to go off the beaten track .
