Garmin Nuvi 350

I am intereseted in buying a GPS (at long last)  and was wanting to know if any of my "Wille Brak" brothers use the Garmin nuvi on thier bikes? If so, what are the pro's and con's of this little GPS (apart from not being water proof...)

Second silly question, does the Nuvi 350 accept uploaded route plans from your computer? Mapsource etc?

in general, any info will be gladly accepted.
