Garmin Zumo 350 & Maps advice

Hi WD's

Please could I have quick advice:
Im about to buy a Garmin Zumo 350 but it doesnt come with any maps:

Which mapping is best for me to buy?

1.) The Sub Sahara 2013.1 Mapping or the
2.) City Navigator?

I will mainly use the GPS for SA Roads, but would also like the option for some gravel roads.
Im NOT planning on doing an African Adventure North anytime soon, but would be cool have the option.

(Cant afford to buy both)

Which one is best?
