General stuff on a Dakar (or any bike) that needs regular replacing?

hey dudes, I'm taking my Dakar in for it's 20 000km service this week, and i was wondering, what sort of stuff should I be replacing / asking them to look at...

obviously there's the usual - tires (still looking good), brake pads, brake fluids, chain and sprockets (replaced not tooo long ago but how often should I do this?)... and obviously they do their regular service stuff, oil change, etc

BUT what else should I be asking them to look at / change? what about shock fluids? anything else i'm not thinking of? I want to make this one a goodie and get anything sorted that i can and have her running sweet afterwards...

any advice would be apprecited, those that know me will know i suck at mechanical stuff
