My bike is fairly easy to get out of the river, but still taps our energy and we are breathing heavily by the time I park it on the river bank.

With a lot of digging, pushing, lifting, swearing and gasping for breath we get the bike on it’s side

With the bikes retrieved, we climb out of the river with our tails between our legs…..

Doesn’t take too long to find our mojo again though….
