The kids were in absolute awe they were dressed in their "bestest' clothes and and some of them at the age of 11 had never even received a gift !!!

Xdup had some pleasant memories ...I think this is the first time in 40 years 
that he had set foot on the grounds of national service... :mwink:

Somve use of the sponsors were ABSA...gave us Vuvuzelas and soccer ballsgiven on departure

We had sponsorship from Woolies Fine Foodsa hoist of donations...

I learnt a lot from this first run!!!

Definitely not again on a Friday although a lot of people developed "man Flu"... ;D

And will consider a different route make a Rendevous from the place of departure..???
