Does anybody know the guy? Day before Christmas before i hit the storm i saw a bike off the road on its centre stand with all luggage off. The GS was a bit trashed. He must have come round the corner (fine marbles) & lost it by himself or not enough room as there was oncoming cars etc. Its a 'stand up' corner for me. When i came back much later a tow truck was putting the bike on the bakkie. On its side. I told the doos to lash it properly as the rider had enough kak on his plate without having his bike further damaged. I think it was the same guy who offered me assistance/water on one of the passes when i had a flat. British sounding guy.
Really hope he is ok as he had to go over a burm into rocks & stuff. Lousy place to crash.
