So at the risk of creating a riot 
(did a search for this topic, and results are not positive). I have signed up for this year's GS Eco challenge. It is my first, and I am not sure what to expect. What concerns me most is what gear to take (I'm doing the tented camping thing) and whether or not I should be considering replacing my standard 800GS Pirelli Scorpion tires with something more 50/50?
Anybody out there:
1. Done this before
2. Actually looking forward to it
3. Can give me some advice re: the above?
