GS1150/ GS 1150 Adv project

Hi guys, I just bought a 2001 Yellow GS 1150 with 90 000 km on the clock. The bike was in an accident and has a broken gearbox and some cosmetic damage, and from what I can see no structural damage. My intention is to either rebuild it with Adventure parts that I have (tank, seat, gearbox and shocks) and sell it or just sell it off for spares. What do you guys think? will I get more for it as parts or as a running bike?
