I was on a 4 day 2000km trippie through the Eastern Cape since Thursday last. Cruised on back roads, looking for scenic routes and pretty mountain passes. Tar all the way. (My riding partner was on an achingly pretty K1200GT.)
Did about 500/600 kms per day, and since it was a relaxed cruise we sat at around 120km/h almost all the way.
The big pig returned around 18km/l on average and sometimes even up to 19.
Consumption seems to be great when adhering to the national speed limits! :biggrin:
