And so at last,

.... a hall sensor finally managed to stop my "unstopable" XT1150
But good thing, Red Adventure was just passing, stopped with his bakkie, and helped me to store the bike at his place until I could get the trailer. I got the pig loaded onto my trailer and took it to Sean (at Helderberg) and he confirmed by suspicions, hall sensor !! Maybe it was complaining about the abusive "sticker" ?
So any advise, and cheap alternatives will be appreciated. :deal:
I have fixed a friend's PD Classic with a VW sensor from Goldwagen many moons ago, but it was quite a shlep.
