My head bearings seem finished, theres a slight "knak" in both directions when the bars are straight.
Yamaha actually recommended today I fix it myself to save a lot of money, they figured I should take the front apart and take the tired bearings to Bearing Man as they should have the same bearings for cheap.
Has anyone had experience in doing this and can advise on methods and cost? I have average mechanical knowledge.
Any special tools needed?
