HEAD SHAKE WHAT TYRES??????

Good morning guys

I did fit new TKC 8 tyres on my SE and have bigtime head shake on it now , I do or try to do 60% gravel and 40% tar with my bike but need something that will do highspeed aswell (up to 200km/h)
What will he best combination tyres and size be to fit to my SE
