Whn i got home from the dros on friday, i spotted something very disturbing on my bike...
I saw somw weird green spatter on one of the water pipes, initially i thought it to be battery acid, but upon closer inspection, i saw a small stone caught between the frame, and the bottom part of the Radiator, with the vibes on the bike, the stone dmaged the radiator, causing water to piss out.

I took it upon myself to take out the radiator in order to take it to get welded.
armed with my PDF worksop manual, i dove in.
This is the end result
And the rad
It was real easy to get the rad off the bike..about an hours labour.
Will take the rad to be welded today.
Note: No bike parts was harmed during the operation. Mechanic's skin still on hands, and no blood was spilt.
The bike is still under warantee, although i did not feel like morgaging my house in order for BM to sort this problem out.
Thanx to Ama Ride-Ride for pointing me in the direction of getting the rad welded...instead of crying myself to sleep at night.
Will update the thread as i progress.
