Honda CBR 250 HELP

Looking for someone in the Somerset West/Strand area to look at a lovely CBR 250 not starting. It is my brother in law's bike and he does not know anyone in the business and has been taken for a ride big time up to now.

I am in PE and cannot help him directly.

Please refer me to someone trustworthy and knowledgeable - i suspect a simple electrical glitch
