Horror scenario!

Maybe someone else has already heard, but I just got the story about a cage driver on the Seaview road outside PE on Sunday running into a wire strung across the road at windscreen height. There was a picture of the car damage which I'm too dumb unfortunately to post.
Anyone else know about it?
