How to fix a cracked plastic tank?

Hi guys,

I have an acerbis 24 litre tank for my xr600. It seems to be made up of PVC and LDPE. The cracks are identical and about an inch long on either side where your knees sit.

Any ideas of who or how I can fix this. I am in Cape Town.
