How to fix and repair this headlight

Hi Guys,

I am busy with a Yamaha chappy rebuild. It is also on this section of the WD site. I did ask in my thread the same question but havn't gotten an answer.

I have this headlight I bought, but I need to fix it and prep it for paint.

What would I use to do it. It is made out of plastic

There is a piece chipped off.
