How to separate exhaust pieces?

Hi Guys, how would I go about separating the exhaust header pipe from the rear part while it's still on the bike? The two parts are rusted together and I can't pull the exhaust from the frame to do it off the bike. So far I've sprayed some anti rust stuff on the joint to let it penetrate. Any other ideas please? The header broke off at the flange on the head so I have to take it off to have it welded.
