You will all perhaps remember when I bought Arai Luster XD3. That was a couple of years ago. I learnt that one has to replace a helmet every now and then (5years).
I sent mine back to Arai to assess if its life had come to a natural end. They examined it, I understand even X-rayed it and deterined it still had some life. So they refubished it: new visor, new internal linning, new strap, everything inside was replaced except for the shells (2800R). It looks as good as new. :sip:
