Back from a weekend recce'ing routes for the Adventure Riders SA 10th Birthday Bash at Mhara Game Lodge near Naboomspruit/ M%$#@#&
Did some fantastic riding and really looking forward to the event.

On the way back, @Just Blip It! threw in one of those sections that really give me the distinct impression that he is trying to kill me (Don't worry guys, for those that want to attend the event, this won't be part of the route.....)

The weekend started out with both of us working till after lunch on Thursday and then meeting up at Sudwala.

My bike was packed and ready to Race/Ride so that I could just kit up and ride when I got home

Next morning we are up early as Mark has an epic route planned up the side of a mountain….

Now it is time to attempt the climb up the side of the mountain to the escarpment. We struggle to find the track and stop at a compound to ask the local for assistance. He reckons it’s impossible to climb up in any vehicle, we should not attempt it….

This just gets Marks juices flowing and we head into the unknown….
