I'm sure you are all looking forward to the Public Holiday tomorrow huh?
Has it been a rough Monday so far? Don't worry, its almost home time...
Anyways, for those of you that follow some of my threads and posts, a while I ago I was a "victim" of dirty fuel
which caused my KTM 990 to "kak-off".
I had to get a brand new Fuel Filter fitted to my bike after only 4000km on my clock.
I was really mad, as it sucks that our fuel quality can cause damage to our bikes.
The new filter and labour costs are below:
Fuel filter = R813 / O ring set = R471 / Labour = R575 / Consumables = R40: Total: R1899
Luckily for me I was covered by my Warranty, but what happens when the Warranty is over?
I decided to get pro-active and investigate a litte further.
I discovered this amazing product called "Mr Funnel".
I bought one for myself and from now on, everytime I stop at a Filling Station, I just whip out this funnel and protect my bike from Dirty Fuel.
Whether you are just paranoid like me, or know that you are going to be filling with dodgy fuel on your SADC region Adventure rides, why not buy one of these from me, so that you can have peace of mind.

Below are the various types you get.
I bought myself the smallest one, but if space isnt a concern, get yourself the bigger ones.
