I'm Dawid from the WesTransvaal.

After some extensive reading I decided to get back on two wheels. Firstly for the fun and to save on the fuel bill. I have been looking at/between a F650Gs and KLR 650.
Decided on 650 Dakar this Monday Piet Spoed. They had a Dakar, no ABS /h/grips with Clubjacet, helmet and gloves for R72700. The bike will be used on my farm between corn fields and cattle fields with a 400km trip every two weeks to deliver invoces, the Prado is just to heavy on sous.
My history on bikes is: Suz RV 90 at age 11. / Kawa KE100 / Kawa KV 175 / Suz TS250/ Honda XR500 / Honda XR600 / Curently Honda 90 Quad / Two Yam Blasters and a TW200 that has to go.
So that is the story. Will collect the bike on Friday. Hope me and the Dakar will become good frends as well as all you on this forum.
