I have been riding something since the age of 10, not skilful enough to view myself as a biker but love riding & as far as I am concerned it doesn't matter what we ride or how we ride...as long as we ride...If I had too much money I'd probably have a number of bikes but if I can only ride one bike it is my GS1200Adv 2011 (some of my KTM mates refer to this as my furniture removal truck 
)...I have been to Belgium via eastern Route of Africa on it approx 9 years ago and gave it stick without any issues after the unfortunate passing of my wife abroad on honeymoon...
I am a student again at the almost mature age of 50 but have unfortunately had some health challenges and have not been able to ride for too long. My girl is in for repairs & a service and I hope to be riding again in the not too distant future! Boys & their toys...have too much unused gear and will share this here as soon as I have joined as a proper member!
