It dropped into the barrel......now what?

Servicing my bike and and when I removed the spark plug there was a little pebble about the size of one of those coloured balls on the head of some sewing pins.
As I tried to get it, it fell into the plug hole. I attached a tube to the vacumn cleaner and stuck that in but dont think I got it (clear plastic tube with my son watching for the pebble)

So do I have a problem or will the piston just smash it to dust along with all the other crud that is probably accumulated over the years ?
