I have a Garmin Quest bought through a proper South African supplier and it recently stopped working. Something was broken on the little flap antenna so I took it back to them.
A week later I have a brand new unit replaced under warranty and they threw in the latest version of streetmaps for nothing.
Gotta say it was pleasent to get good service and would reccomend Trappers in 4way crossing for anyones GPS needs.
If this was a grey import I would be fooked.
