Running a GPS for odo and speed defies the spirit of the 600.
She messed up the charging port of her last tablet GPS, putting it out of use. On a trip like this, you should have specific tools for specific functions. GPS for GPS, speedo for speed and distance and service intervals. Don't try and mix the two.
